New brick on't block
 
Brought to the pub last night by a friend of mine who loooks out for bricks when van driving all over the country, good solid Accrington type brick. Great to see the reaction of the men in the tap room, they just can't believe why anyone could ever collect bricks. They come round eventually and see sense :popcorn

Go on Google Earth or Multimap and type in Bog Height Road, Darwen, the quarry was where the road turns at right angles on the right hand side

You can imagine someone in discussion saying that a certain person was from Bog Height, i.e he's a Bog Heighter, then corrupted into he's a Bogs Heighter, then further corrupted to "he's a Bogsheighter"
