This was a great day out and a great experience apart from the wet feet.

Cheers pal, yeah it was a lot of fun. fookin baltic the water though, literary as soon as we went underground, not like the usual mine trips.

Yeah looks good that. Was it a waders job then really? Or could you not get through the cave generally with waders on?

erm no, more of a wet suit tbh, when your climbing down the water falls it would just fill the waders up then you would fall in the water anyway. Everything was slippy and hard to hold on to waders would really get in your way. There was no real way to avoid the water, i will not be going in wellies next time.

Very beautifully lit photos there gents - gorgeous! Did you try the cheese press? Or is that further down before the Dolly tubs pitch? I can't remember.

The cheese press is on the left just before the 8' climb down into the final chamber, we opted for the climb.

Great photos guys, I can see I need some practice, and yeah, it was a great day out.

Buddah, cold feet are something you have to get used to, get some neoprene socks.
