The Tarboat hound and I took a trip to a couple of sites around North Staffordshire this morning and lo, there were a number of old bricks lying around. I wonder if Mr Coalboard has any of these in his collection?

Cobridge, fairly common shale brick

Oldfield, Fenton

Berry Hill

Oooh look, NCB Hilton Main!

North Stafford Brick Co - scarce

Rare Stephens Bros, Fenton

To finish, a fine firebrick marked Bonnybridge Brand
Seeing as I don't collect bricks; all offers/bribes, be they cash, goods, and women, to Tarboat Towers please.

That's their other works which they acquired due to a takeover.

A fine set of specimens, can't believe you did'nt leave them in the ground. Have you kitted the hound out with saddle bags.

They couldn't be left as they were clearly lost and homeless.

The only thing that the dog carries around are mud and fleas!

Coincidently, I was over at part of Oldham Batteries site last evening, and not having my camera with me I carried home a Berry Hill Bullnose to photograph (as well as a Ruabon). When I've taken the pics, anyone who wants them can av em.
