Default Dexine Rubber Co. Feb 2011 - 13-02-2011, 20:35

After a little ride around Rochdale following up a few leads we came to this place. after a quick snoop around we found our way in and decided to have a look around. Not much history to be found on the web, but we did find out that the company used to make gaskets and rubber extrusions for various industries and was visited by arsonists twice in late 2008.

Big boss's room, very nice wood panelling.

after a good look round we came across this tucked in the corner of an upstairs office

Thanks for looking

Not a bad looking place, and nicely photographed. You can't beat a good smashed up mill!

Looks prime to be made into flats, that managers office will just be totally trashed by the time/if anything is ever done with it. Nice little mooch tho.
