I spotted this place when out on my bike while having a mooch at the old warehouses some years back! So I finally decided to have a closer look!
I could find no information on the place but I did find a sign with Fletchers furniture on it. Judging by the chair samples in pic 14 I’d say that was its’ purpose!
Only the ground floor was accessible, it was mainly empty space but there were a few workshops getting taken over by nature and a foreboding office tucked away.
