Cable Tunnels, London - October 2012

11/2012
Visited with Mathat, Millhouse, Dr. Howser and some various London Explorers

First of all, apologies for the lack of pictures, i had drank too much fizzy wine and was quite drunk by this stage of the night. Drinking whilst sleep deprived is a very bad idea. Least of all because you scare other explorers with your own drunken rambling leaving them wondering if all North West explorers are like me. I'd been after some Utility tunnel action for a while now and this particular complex was not at all as i had expected. The brick work was old, but the cables were new. I had expected concrete tunnels and very cramped spaces. What i got was totally the opposite and very enjoyable. These places are great to explore, and you just want to explore every square inch of them. It was also absolutely boiling in the tunnels, and I'm sure that it wasn't just because of the excessive drinking.

Then Blobby came and broke my tripod. T**T

Very nice! I wish I'd seen the Warrington one.
