The Deane Church Memorial Hall was built in 1934. It was closed at the end of 2009 and was due to be demolished early 2010. Subsequently, due to lack of funds to build a new hall, a small section (facing the road) has been re-opened this year but the bulk of the hall remains derelict and appears to be rapidly deteriorating. I went to nursery here over 30 years ago and was amazed to find the playhouse in one of the back rooms!

Theres a Church near me that been empty for years that I would love to have a look in.
