I can’t tell you anything about this place but the guys who where working on the demolition ( no hi vizes or safety wear and driving an old transit van, maybe pikeys ) say it’s an old Bleach works ? Maybe you guys from over that way can give more info on the place. Just a word of warning this place is full of old asbestos roofing TAKE CARE if you have a visit . It's about time they demolished this place. I've seen it off the motorway and driven past it a few times and it looks a right hell hole.
