I've looked at this a few times and never got anywhere but demolition work has started since i last came and things have changed, so I just walked straight in. All I know about the history is that it was originally a occupied by a fish curing company, it's only a stones throw from fleetwood docks. The site has been empty & apparently unused for at least a couple of years but the fact that someone has recently gone to the effort of pulling down an entire side of one of the buildings suggests that there are plans for this place.
