River Croal Culverts, Bolton - October 2012 -

River Croal Culverts BOLTON Visited by ViralEye and Snake Oil Most of the river is culverted through Bolton town centre, running under Knowsley Street; Market Place and Bridge Street. Before 1836 the River Croal formed the boundary between the townships of Great and Little Bolton. I know this has been done before, but as this was only my second Urbex Experience and the first proper use of my DSLR camera I just had to share! (hope you don't mind).        Anyway, I think I've posted far too many photos so I'm going to stop!! Last edited by viraleye; 02-05-2013 at 18:55.
