Default Loco culvert, done! - 08-04-2011, 16:06

I dunno... I thought you lot liked culverts
I posted this in the leads section and nobody could be arsed

Was a super easy explore in the end.

I was told by a few people that this culvert went right under the Loco works but I can now tell you that it only goes under the road to the works and just misses the buildings by feet.
There are man-holes along the way and the loud bangs I could hear turned out to be wagons driving over them. I could also hear people talking above me when I stopped under one of them.

When I went the new fence was actually being fitted by the workers and when I came out it was finished! They all laughed at me until I walked around the corner through a gap they didn't know about . They were cool really, they did offer me their ladder to climb over with and we had a quick chat about the culvert.

Now I can get on with the 3 real explores I have lined up

Thanks man, I planned a trip to one of the adits but we have all forgot the exact location after a full day of searching I gave up and jumped in here instead.

Was a nice explore but rather short and there isn't much else in the area to do.

Got a few nice ones lined-up but one of them is a return trip to the adit we have now lost.

Like this culvert?

I have shared a few good locations that some of the others can vouch for but I like to take a look first for myself

You should get into this culvert if you want a nice easy short explore, only now there is a fence to deal with but with a nice gap if you look hard enough.
